This Privacy Policy explains how Persona Talent (“Persona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is operated by Psychometric, Inc., collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information relating to individuals who interact with our websites, landing pages, subdomains, applications, forms, portals, services, recruiting processes, communications, and related experiences that link to or reference this Privacy Policy, including www.personatalent.com, related pages, and associated communications (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from or about, for example:
- visitors to our websites and landing pages;
- prospective customers, customers, and their representatives;
- job applicants, candidates, talent, contractors, referrals, and other individuals we consider for opportunities;
- vendors, business partners, advisors, and service providers;
- individuals who contact us, subscribe to updates, respond to content, book meetings, or otherwise communicate with us; and
- individuals who opt in to receive SMS messages or other communications from us.
If a separate privacy notice, data processing addendum, applicant notice, or contractual term applies to a specific interaction, service, or relationship, that separate notice or agreement will control to the extent of any conflict.

We may collect business, professional, education, and recruiting-related information such as:
- resume, CV, cover letter, portfolio, writing samples, and profile information;
- employment history, education history, qualifications, licenses, certifications, and skills;
- work authorization, visa, and eligibility information;
- compensation expectations and preferences;
- role preferences, location preferences, language skills, time-zone preferences, and availability;
- references, interview notes, evaluation notes, assessments, screening results, and related recruiting data;
- employer, client, or company information;
- hiring needs, role descriptions, team structures, workflows, budgets, and business requirements; and
- communications and feedback about candidates, roles, and opportunities.
1.3 Commercial, Transactional, and Financial Information
We may collect information about commercial relationships and transactions, including:

We may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, processors, and subprocessors that perform services on our behalf, such as:
- hosting and cloud providers;
- communications providers;
- messaging providers;
- CRM and customer support providers;
- recruiting and applicant tracking providers;
- assessment, background-check, and verification providers;
- payroll, HR, benefits, onboarding, and compliance providers;
- scheduling and video meeting providers;

4.3 Customers, Prospects, Candidates, and Counterparties
Where relevant to the Services, we may disclose personal information to customers, prospective customers, candidates, talent, contractors, business partners, referral sources, and other counterparties in connection with evaluating opportunities, matching roles, interviewing, onboarding, staffing, support, or service delivery.
4.4 Advertising, Analytics, and Social Media Partners
We may disclose certain identifiers, device information, cookie data, internet/network activity information, and similar information to advertising, analytics, measurement, attribution, and social media partners for purposes such as targeted advertising, campaign measurement, attribution, audience building, remarketing, engagement tracking, and analytics. Depending on applicable law, some of these disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”
4.5 Professional Advisors and Authorities
We may disclose personal information to attorneys, insurers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, government entities, tax authorities, courts, and other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, investigation, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
4.6 Corporate Transactions

5. SMS and Mobile Communications Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect and process your mobile number, messaging preferences, records of consent and opt-in (including the source, method, date, time, form, and context of consent), opt-out and HELP requests, message logs, delivery logs, carrier information, and related identifiers reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, document, and improve our messaging program.
We use this information to send and receive conversational, follow-up, reminder, scheduling, service-related, support, recruiting, onboarding, account-related, and, where separately consented to, promotional messages; to maintain records of consent and suppression; to honor opt-out requests; to measure deliverability and performance; to comply with legal, carrier, and platform requirements; and to protect against fraud, abuse, and misuse.

We may use service providers to support and deliver text messages. However:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
This restriction applies notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy that could otherwise be read more broadly.
We may retain mobile numbers, consent records, suppression status, message preferences, and related logs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the messaging program, document consent, maintain do-not-contact records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the sensitivity of the information, the context in which it was collected, operational needs, and legal requirements. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information indefinitely.

We operate internationally and may process personal information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
